Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If an unexpected delay occurs (like a surprise llama stampede or a mail truck deciding to retire early), we’ll reach out immediately.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority/Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. (Sadly—even with my genetics—I cannot bend the space-time continuum. Yet.)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can stalk your package’s journey in real time like a hawk with Wi-Fi.

Packaging

We package items securely to ensure they arrive in the same glorious, nostalgic condition they left our hands.
Retro and collectible items may receive extra padding or protection when needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we’ll help fix it if we catch the error before it ships.
