Refund policy
14-Day Defective Item Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and authenticity of everything we sell. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not working as intended, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery.
To start a claim, contact us at pixelsnreels@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect (this helps us process things faster)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or, in some cases, issue a replacement without needing the item back.
General Return Policy
Because many of our products are vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind, we do not accept general returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “my cat already owns this movie.”
Returns are only accepted for:
- Items that arrive defective
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect items received
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items should be returned with original packaging when possible
- Items that show signs of misuse, improper handling, or “creative home repair attempts” may not be eligible
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or our error:
- We cover return shipping
- We’ll issue a prepaid label or alternative instructions
If the item is returned for any reason outside the defective-item guarantee (special cases we approve manually), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the defect remotely), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Digital download codes
- Opened sealed media (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Mystery boxes (because… mystery)
- Any items listed on the Damaged/Discounted page
Exchanges
If the same item is in stock, we can send a replacement.
If not, you may choose a refund or store credit.
